Role Overview
Liv Cor, a Blackstone portfolio company, is a real estate asset management business specializing in multi-family housing, responsible for a portfolio of over 400 Class A and B properties comprising more than 150,000 units across the United States. Liv Cor is hiring an Associate, Asset Management to support its Florida portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with oversight of a portfolio of assets, identifying economic viability and capital-markets outcome opportunities for each
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party operating partners to optimize portfolio performance
- Prepare asset strategy reviews (business plans) for assigned assets and help guide the asset/operating team through execution
- Prepare underwriting for property valuations, dispositions, and hold/sell analysis
- Passion for real estate and investing
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, and organized
Based in Chicago or Atlanta, supporting Liv Cor's Florida multi-family portfolio
