We’re actively hiring a National Roving Leasing Consultant to jump in where it matters most — boosting occupancy, leading lease-ups, and mentoring teams across multiple communities .

• Drive occupancy growth at underperforming properties
• Lead lease-up efforts and stabilize communities fast
• Tour prospects, close leases , and deliver standout customer service
• Manage applications, leases , and move-in paperwork
• Execute marketing strategies & outreach (Craigslist, local partnerships, etc.)
• Conduct market surveys & competitive shops
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi
• Ensure curb appeal & model readiness at every property
• Train, mentor, and elevate leasing teams across your region
• 1 full week off to recharge
• Mileage/travel expectations apply – reliable transportation required

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing or strong customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to close leases and exceed goals
• Knowledge of Fair Housing & leasing best practices
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• $27 - $29/HR DOE

  • 80 hours during Year 1
