HDR is seeking a Senior Real Estate Services Agent to lead negotiations for rights acquisition and relocation related to public or private projects. You will coordinate right-of-way and utility issues, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and client policies.
Travel flexibility and strong communication are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in real estate/ROW, an AA or equivalent, and MS Office proficiency, with GIS/database familiarity preferred.
