Location: Northern
Tailwind Group seeks a Leasing Specialist for Overlook Norman, a student housing community in Norman, OK. You will build relationships with residents and prospects, promote the property through outreach, and execute the marketing plan to meet leasing and occupancy goals.
The role is full-time, with a Tuesday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm schedule and Saturday 9:30am–4:00pm; nights/weekends may be required. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus commission, with benefits and growth opportunities.
