Location: Northern
Enbridge Inc. seeks a Landman / Land Agent in Gastonia, North Carolina to manage lands, ROW, and landowner relations for pipeline operations. You will coordinate settlements, ensure compliance with easement and legal requirements, and liaise with landowners, agencies, and communities along the ROW.
The role requires 4 years of right-of-way experience, a related degree, and NC real estate licensure within 18 months. Field-focused work with a hybrid approach may apply.
