Facilities Operations Analyst

• Manage work orders for landlord-responsible maintenance and repairs
• Ensure timely completion of landlord maintenance and repair obligations
• Engage with Family Dollar landlords to ensure repairs are completed and stores remain open and maintained to brand standards
• Identify landlord responsibilities and request performance of lease obligations
• Monitor landlord compliance and address remedies for noncompliance as necessary
• Focus on landlord maintenance of roofs, structures, parking, and safety systems
• Support the portfolio of temporarily closed stores requiring maintenance and repair actions
• Coordinate with Construction, Property Management, Asset Protection, and landlord management teams to reduce store reopening time
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Temporary Closed Stores Team
• Enhance communications, visibility, store closures, turnovers, coordination, and reporting between Store Operations, Property Management, and Construction teams
• Provide guidance on assigning work to associates of third-party maintenance partners
• Perform other duties as required

• Minimum high school diploma
• Some college preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project management, facilities management, construction management, or related fields
• Experience with retail facilities management in a multi-location real estate organization
• Experience in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered
• Industry certifications such as CAPM, PMP, CFM, or similar preferred
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred
• Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and peers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
• Data-oriented ability to interpret and synthesize data into information that informs business decisions
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Understanding of basic construction practices, including coordination with trades, permitting considerations, and site readiness
• Exceptional planning, analytical, problem-solving, and implementation skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities

Demonstrates expertise in Facilities Management and Project Management, with a strong focus on landlord compliance, maintenance coordination, and effective communication across teams. Proficient in data analysis and relationship management to ensure timely completion of maintenance obligations and enhance operational efficiency.
