Property Manager – Fort Lauderdale Area

Full-Time | $135,000–$140,000 base + 10% bonus

We're running a confidential search for a Property Manager to oversee a suburban office park portfolio west of Fort Lauderdale, managed on behalf of a single ownership client. This one isn't for the faint of heart — it calls for someone genuinely top-notch: financially sharp, confident, and able to hold their own with a demanding client without it becoming personal.

A strong, resilient personality paired with real financial credibility. Someone who can push back professionally when needed and keep a client relationship on track even when it's tested.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client across a multi-building portfolio
• Own budgets, variance reporting, and financial performance with confidence
• Manage vendor contracts, invoicing, and day-to-day operations across the portfolio
• Represent the management company firmly and professionally in a demanding client relationship

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience, ideally with suburban office park or multi-building portfolios
• Exceptionally strong financial skills (CAMS BUDGETS)
• A strong, thick-skinned personality

Compensation: $135,000–$140,000 base + 10% bonus
