This Regional Property Manager position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am at our Eastern offices (Utica, Albany, Rome, Oneonta, Richmondville, Johnstown). Salary range is $60,000-$68,000/yr.

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of a portfolio of properties, interprets and implements management procedures based on the approved Management Plan for each property in accordance with Housing Visions policy and relevant governmental regulations. Oversees and directs operations of an assigned current portfolio of up to 500 multi-family units within scattered-site affordable and supportive housing projects throughout NY state. Provides ongoing support to all site level staff in multiple rental offices.
Works in coordination with Facilities Manager, Compliance Manager, Multifamily Portfolio and Lease Up Manager and Director of Property Manager to carry out all responsibilities of portfolio.
