Johnson Development is seeking a Real Estate Manager for its Self-Storage Division in the Southeast, based at the Spartanburg corporate office. You will lead site selection, market due diligence, underwriting, and negotiation efforts across target markets, traveling frequently.
You’ll manage financial models, engage with city leaders, and coordinate with development teams to drive ground-up and acquisition opportunities, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional conduct.
