. We are offering up to $18.00/hr.
PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits. - Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the model apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings
- Must be aware of the Curb Appeal of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Skills and Experience:
- Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, salesorcustomer service field
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents - Yardi experience a plus!
