Property Caretaker | Northtown Crossing

Looking to make some extra money or pay less in rent each month?! Look no further! Kleinman is hiring a Property Caretaker at our Northtown Crossing Townhomes community!

As Caretaker, you will monitor the property and assist with various day-to-day tasks to ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include walking property grounds, picking up trash/debris, delivering notices to residents, and informing the Property Manager of any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or other problems observed throughout the community.

Seasonal responsibilities include checking sprinkler room heaters during winter months and monitoring for sprinkler system failures during summer months; may also assist with miscellaneous property-related tasks as needed.

The Building Caretaker must follow Kleinman policies and procedures and model exceptional resident conduct at all times.

Time Flexible — Work your own schedule! Compensation will be provided in the form of a partial TAX FREE $400 rent credit each month
