-P/T 204 Enclave Forests Heights Gastonia, NC 28052## Overview Salary Range $23.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time## Description The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operation of an affordable housing community. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents while managing leasing, rent collection, certifications and recertifications, resident files, compliance requirements, and property administration. The Community Manager also oversees maintenance operations, coordinates vendors and contractors, ensures apartments and grounds are well maintained, and works to keep the property occupied, compliant, and financially successful.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and confidence making decisions. No two days are the same, and success comes from staying organized, communicating effectively, and providing excellent service while ensuring the property remains compliant, well maintained, and financially sound.## Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data management software
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to prioritize to ensure completion of work by given timelines
