This position works directly with prospective and current tenants to deliver excellent service, guide site selection, and complete lease agreements. The Leasing Associate plays a key role in driving occupancy, revenue, and positive tenant experiences across a national commercial real estate portfolio.
** Duties & Responsibilities
*** Assist prospects with site selection and schedule property tours
* Administer lease and renewal transactions using digital tools
* Respond to inquiries and provide detailed property information
* Prepare and process lease agreements and documentation
* Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in CRM systems
* Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams
* Follow up with prospects and existing tenants to close leasing opportunities## Qualifications
** Education & Training
*** High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
* State issued Real Estate Sales Agent License required or ability to obtain (sponsorship opportunities available)
** Knowledge, Skills & Experience
*** 2+ years of sales or customer facing experience preferred
* Friendly, professional phone presence
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Customer service mindset with strong relationship building abilities
* Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast paced environment
* Willingness to learn and grow within a commercial real estate organization
