** Whitewater Park has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.
Schedule for this position:
Will support/work at Whitewater 2-3 days of the week and other business days the position will support sister communities. Days off are Wednesdays and Sundays     At Whitewater Park Apartments, we believe that an apartment complex should not be complex. It should be a community that feels like home, where people who celebrate Boise and love to play outdoors can live together.

The community is on the banks of Quinn's Pond and adjacent to the Boise River Greenbelt and Idaho River Sports. There are waterfront locations and pond locations available, as well as direct private access to the Greenbelt from the property.

This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

* Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
* Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
* Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
* Community event planning and execution
* Follow up with prospects by phone and email
* Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
* Assisting in lease renewals
* Respond to resident concerns
* What we are looking for
** Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
* Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
* High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
