About this role:The Senior Regional Real Estate Manager oversees the operation of multiple properties within an assigned portfolio. This role involves effective communication with existing and prospective clients, supervision of multiple sites and diverse personnel, fiscal oversight including income maximization and expense control, development and execution of marketing plans, preparation of budgets, and conducting monthly financial analysis. The position ensures the successful operation of investment properties to align with clients' real estate investment goals.
Salary range:$ - $ DOE
- Annual s alary is a combination of base pay and expected supplemental wages.
- License Requirement:
Candidates must hold a valid Department of Real Estate license in good standing.

Regional Leadership
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and managerial oversight for Regional Real Estate Managers, Assistant Regional Real Estate Managers, District Managers, Area Managers, and Property Administrators.
- Foster dynamic, high-performing teams by creating an environment where team members are motivated to excel.
- Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on attracting and retaining high-quality talent.
- Conduct performance evaluations, manage sensitive personnel matters, and ensure fair and consistent treatment of all team members.
- Address and resolve complex personnel situations professionally and effectively.
- Oversee the operations of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and client objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize portfolio performance and value.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance, identifying opportunities to optimize income and control expenses.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with existing clients to understand and meet their investment goals.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, presenting solutions to support their real estate objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering superior service and addressing concerns promptly.
- Marketing and Business Development.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and tenant retention.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and recommend strategies for growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management.
- Ensure properties operate in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks to protect clients' investments and company interests.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

- License Requirement:
Candidates must hold a valid Department of Real Estate license in good standing. - Education and/or
Experience:
high school diploma or equivalent /college degree or related coursework. - Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
