, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Commercial Specialist – Policy Department responsible for preparing and finalizing commercial title insurance policies for complex real estate transactions and requires knowledge of title commitments, endorsements, and closing practices. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Commercial Specialist – Policy Department is responsible for:
- Preparing and finalizing commercial title insurance policies, including post-closing endorsements, in accordance with commitments and closing instructions
- Reviewing title documents (commitments, proformas, closing packages) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with underwriter guidelines
- Verifying legal descriptions, vesting, and transaction details; incorporate required endorsements, exceptions, and requirements
- Collaborating with escrow officers, examiners, and underwriters to resolve discrepancies and support post-closing corrections
- Managing multiple transactions, maintaining organized files, and meeting production deadlines
- Seeking a highly organized individual with strong attention to details and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial title experience with solid understanding of commercial title transactions and their complexity
- Must be a collaborative player who supports fellow team members, conducting themselves and communicating in a professional and respectful manner.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
- Must create a positive image of the company through professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers.

- 3+ years of commercial title experience required, and experience preparing/typing commercial policies preferred
- Experience or basic knowledge in examining title preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of title commitments, proformas, policy forms, endorsements, and commercial transactions
- High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; experience with title software (e.g. Ram Quest) is a plus
