Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $ Annually
Land Is the Whole Ballgame for UsNo lot, no house, no family moving in.
Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity is looking for an experienced land acquisition professional who knows how to find land, evaluate it quickly, and maintain a strong pipeline so we are never scrambling for our next opportunity.
This is not a training-wheels role. We need someone who can hit the ground running—closing the deals we need now while building the pipeline we will need two and three years down the road.

You will lead market research, site evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction coordination. More importantly, you will bring sound judgment to the table about which opportunities are worth pursuing and which are not.
This is a hands‑on position. You will spend time walking sites, meeting with brokers, landowners, municipal representatives, and community partners—not just reviewing spreadsheets. You must be comfortable and effective in both environments.
