As a Community Manager
, you will successfully execute the vision of Development, Equity Partners, and Investors while maintaining a team, budget and building a sense of community.

Responsibilities

• Maintainrapportwithvendors,residents,employees,equitypartnersand construction personnel.
• Managethepropertyandsupervisethestaffinaccordancewithcompanypolicies.
• Professionallyresolvetenantcomplaintsandpropertyconcerns.
• Optimizeoccupancyandnetrevenuesandoperatethepropertyinacost-effective manner.
• Hire,trainanddeveloppersonnel.
• Establishandexecuteaneffectiveresidentretentionplan,includingrenewalsand managingleaseexpirationswithinanestablishedidealmatrix.
• Establishandexecuteaneffectivemarketingandoccupancyplan.
• Identifyopportunitiesforefficiency,costsavingsandimprovedtechnologythat willbenefitthecompanyandemployees andassistinfindingsolutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Management
• Experience utilizing Yardi, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
• Two years of management/supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
