• Manage a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring properties are operated efficiently and in accordance with client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, contractors, and professional advisors.
• Oversee rent collection processes and monitor arrears performance.
• Prepare, manage, and reconcile service charge budgets.
• Coordinate planned maintenance programmes and reactive works.
• Assist with lease management, lease events, renewals, rent reviews, and occupier liaison.
• Instruct and manage facilities managers, building surveyors, and contractors where required.
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare management reports for clients.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance, improve tenant retention, and drive value creation.
• Support client reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

Requirements/ What's on offer?

• Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 - (DOE)
• Travel package + bonus
• Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) 0-3 years of PQE experience
