Some Experience Preferred - WILL TRAIN THE SUPERSTAR. We Lease NYC Retail. Stores, Restaurants, Salons, Medical, etc.. .We are a NYC-based commercial real estate brokerage/ownership group with 100s of retail spaces across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Long Island & NJ. We move fast and we close.
The Role:You will lease vacant retail spaces - from 500 SF mom-and-pop shops to 5,000 SF flagship spaces. Lease retail storefronts, shopping centers, mixed-use buildings. Show spaces to prospective tenants - restaurant owners, franchisees, retail chains, medical, etc. Canvas neighborhoods - cold call, walk the block, find tenants before they find you. Work directly with landlords to price and market vacancies. Close deals - we need CLOSERS, not tour guides.
