Represent buyers and sellers under a model clients actually understand:clearly scoped services and flat fees agreed in writing. You will work directly with managing broker Henry Cai, PhD (CA DRE #) —not through layers — on strategy, negotiation, and transaction oversight, with the financing perspective of our in-house mortgage side behind you.

• Represent full-service buyers: search, tours, pricing analysis, offers, and escrow to close.
• Support Buyer Essential clients with offer preparation, negotiation, and escrow coordination.
• Take listing appointments and manage seller transactions as you grow into them.
• Learn to read a transaction through both the property and financing lenses.
• Build your local presence in the South Bay with marketing support from the team.

• Active California DRE salesperson license (required), or exam already scheduled.
• Comfort working transactions anywhere in California, with South Bay familiarity a plus.
• Clear, honest communication — our brand is transparency, and it has to survive contact with clients.
• Comfortable with modern tools: e-signature, CRM, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus, but not required.
