** Multi-Site Leasing Consultant
** to support 3 of our premier luxury apartment communities.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves connecting people with their next home. As a multi-site team member, you'll gain exposure to different neighborhoods, resident demographics, and community offerings while building valuable experience with one of the nation's most respected multifamily housing companies.##   

## What You'll DoEvery day brings something different as you help future residents discover the perfect AMLI community.### ###

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct personalized apartment tours across multiple communities
* Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
* Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries with exceptional service
* Generate leases, manage renewals, and support resident retention efforts
* Assist with move-ins and ensure a seamless resident experience
* Collaborate with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals
* Help coordinate resident events and community engagement activities

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* Saturday availability required
* Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Experience
* Apartment leasing or property management experience or
* Retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or customer-facing experience
