We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our team and help create an exceptional living experience for prospective and current residents. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals exploring our community, guiding them through the leasing process with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding service while supporting occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community, showcasing available homes and amenities.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide prospects through the leasing process, including applications, screening steps, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and resident information using property management systems.
  • Support marketing efforts to generate traffic and promote community features.
  • Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing cycle.
  • Assist with resident relations and help address questions or concerns as needed.
  • Coordinate with onsite team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for residents and guests.
  • Remain knowledgeable about market conditions, community policies, and available floor plans.
  • Contribute to occupancy, renewal, and customer service objectives.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly approach.
  • Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide solutions that support resident needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers and property management or CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to achieve goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
