This is a great opportunity for a licensed agent who wants hands-on experience, flexible work, and a front-row look at how deals get done. You'll be our go-to person for opening doors, running drop-offs, and handling the time-sensitive tasks that keep transactions moving.##

What You'll Do
* Open doors and meet inspectors, appraisers, photographers, and contractors at properties
* Handle pick-ups and drop-offs: documents, signs, lockboxes, keys
* Assist agents with on-the-ground tasks as they come up
* Run time-sensitive errands across the Austin area
* Be a reliable, professional face representing Dawn Property Group## You're a Great Fit If You
* Hold an active Texas real estate license
* Have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
* Are punctual, dependable, and communicate clearly
* Can be flexible and move quickly when tasks come up
