Location: Northern
Lead diligence work streams and contribute to asset management across real estate and infrastructure investments.
Responsibilities- Lead diligence work streams including data analysis and site-level reviews
- Build and maintain asset-level and portfolio models
- Support financing activities and third-party negotiations
- Prepare IC materials and present recommendations
- Partner with asset management on value-creation initiatives
- Track business plans, budgets, and covenants for existing assets and flag key variances
- Contribute to market and thematic views across target sectors (e.g., logistics, residential, infrastructure niches)
- 3–5 years in real assets (RE/infrastructure), IB, or PE
- Strong modeling and valuation skills; attention to detail
- Experience managing cross-functional diligence processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related
- Ability to communicate complex asset‑level issues clearly to non‑specialists
- Direct experience underwriting real estate or infrastructure transactions
- Familiarity with project financing, JV structures, or PPAs/concession agreements
- Comfort working with asset managers, technical consultants, and legal advisers across time zones
