Water conditions and mold risks are evaluated through sampling and detailed inspections.
Air, soil, and building materials are sampled to document environmental status and support analysis.
Data from sites is gathered, analyzed, and interpreted to form project conclusions and recommendations.
Technical reports are prepared and data is entered into project templates for client and regulatory review.
Abatement activities are monitored to confirm compliance with safety procedures and project guidance.
Opportunities exist to develop hands-on expertise across environmental and industrial hygiene work streams.
Cross-training with due diligence and stormwater teams broadens understanding of related services.### RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related scientific field is required.
Entry-level candidates with 0-2 years of experience in environmental field sampling, inspections, or data collection are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of industrial hygiene, hazardous materials, or environmental sampling is preferred.
Current certifications such as Asbestos Inspector, HAZWOPER, or NIOSH 582 are highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail ensures accurate field data collection and documentation.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications supports data management and reporting.
