Talanto is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to support research across Field (technician and consumer payments) and Consumer (marketplace and agents). You will partner with the Staff UX Researcher, Field Enablement, and the AI orchestration lead to ground the marketplace in real consumer behavior.
You will mentor junior researchers, coach designers and PMs on research methods, and help scale self-service usability testing across the organization.
