Web Research Assistant

We are hiring Web Research Assistants to support online research, information gathering, data verification, and knowledge organization.

This role is a good fit for candidates who are detail-oriented, curious, organized, and comfortable finding, evaluating, and summarizing information from online sources. You will research topics, collect accurate information, verify sources, and prepare clear research summaries.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Conduct online research using search engines, websites, databases, and public sources
• Collect, organize, and verify information from multiple sources
• Evaluate source quality, accuracy, and reliability
• Prepare structured research notes, summaries, and reports
• Find relevant companies, organizations, professionals, publications, and industry information
• Extract and organize key information from websites, documents, and online resources
• Maintain accurate records of research findings and sources
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
• Support research projects by gathering and organizing relevant information
• Follow research guidelines and maintain consistent documentation standards
• Communicate findings clearly in written English

• 1+ years of experience in web research, online research, data collection, or similar analytical work
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information carefully
• Ability to summarize complex information clearly and accurately
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, documents, and online research tools
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent research quality
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Reliable communication and time management skills

• Experience with market research, competitive research, or industry analysis
• Experience researching companies, professionals, academic information, or business data
• Experience with data entry, CRM systems, or information management tools
• Experience creating research reports or structured summaries
• Experience working with academic, technical, or scientific information
