Build the operating system for finished-product veterinary research and lead the La Petite Labs Founding Clinics Program.

Own the execution layer connecting products, investigators, veterinary clinics, protocols, data, and clinical partnerships.

• Plan and coordinate observational, pilot, and controlled studies of finished La Petite Labs products.
• Translate research questions into executable protocols.
• Coordinate investigators, statisticians, laboratories, scientific specialists, and participating clinics.
• Develop study protocols, eligibility criteria, visit schedules, case-report forms, outcome measures, and SOPs.
• Recruit and qualify clinical sites.
• Train participating clinics on protocols and documentation.
• Coordinate enrollment, product logistics, follow-up, and retention.
• Monitor protocol adherence, deviations, missing data, and study documentation.
• Maintain study files and audit-ready records.
• Coordinate appropriate ethics, clinical, and regulatory review.
• Coordinate adverse-event and product-quality escalation arising from studies.
• Drive studies from concept through dataset, analysis, report, and publication support.

• Recruit and develop a network of high-quality veterinary clinics.
• Build relationships with veterinarians, investigators, medical directors, and clinic teams.
• Coordinate clinic participation in research, product feedback, and scientific programs.
• Maintain structured communication between clinics and La Petite Labs.
• Identify strong investigators and future research sites.
• Build repeatable systems for clinic onboarding, education, feedback, and collaboration.

• 5+ years in veterinary clinical research, clinical operations, veterinary research coordination, or closely related work.
• Direct experience running prospective clinical studies.
• Experience coordinating multiple investigators or study sites.
• Strong understanding of protocol development, data integrity, study documentation, and clinical-study operations.
• Excellent project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working directly with veterinary clinics or veterinary investigators.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, scientists, statisticians, laboratories, and commercial teams.

DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification strongly preferred.

Alternatively, candidates with advanced clinical-research training and substantial companion-animal study experience will be considered.

Experience with publication-oriented studies, GCP-style research operations, veterinary industry trials, or multicenter studies is highly desirable.
