This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analytical Lab Manager located in Eastern, KY. The Analytical Lab Manager will oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensure quality control processes are adhered to, manage laboratory equipment, and support research and development activities. The role requires maintaining high analytical standards, training lab personnel, and ensuring safety protocols are followed to optimize lab performance and achieve organizational goals.

• Strong foundation in Quality Control and Analytical Skills to ensure product consistency and accuracy
• Expertise in Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Equipment operation for effective lab management
• Experience with Research and Development (R&D) processes to drive innovation and improve methodologies
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical challenges and implementing solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Excellent organizational and team leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with carbon-based or materials science industries is a plus
