Senior Planner is where you’ll start, but we’re always planning for where you’ll go. Our Senior Planners are all expected to hone skills that will help build on their careers. Those skills include:

• Mentoring associate planners
• Building Search best practices documents
• Greater responsibility maintaining team and client health
• Leading SEM tactical planning
• Shepherd creation of media plans/media recommendations
• Developing POVs on SEM industry updates/changes
• Increased face time with clients

• Provide high-level insights and recommendations on account performance.
• Ability to present ideas and gain consensus and support
• A high level of energy and initiative to explore, conceptualize and implement new processes and workflows
• Produce insightful client-facing reports via PPT.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive market analysis. Must be able to present findings in informal and formal environments.
• Recommend testing opportunities/optimizations to clients and internal teams.
• Notify team of industry findings.
• Ability to work with little to no oversight.
• Oversight of day-to-day management of paid search accounts.
• Ability to forecast metrics and account performance
• Team building and leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
