Job Description Research Associate / Lab Scientist - Cell Culture & Molecular Biology  Onsite    About the Role  We're looking for a hands-on bench scientist to join a research team performing mammalian cell culture, in vitro studies, and molecular biology assays. You'll work closely with scientists and engineers supporting active research programs - this is a great fit for someone who loves lab work, values precision, and wants to grow in a CRO or industry research setting.
What You'll Be Doing    Culturing and maintaining mammalian cells and primary cell lines using aseptic technique  Running in vitro experiments and biological assays  Performing ELISA, Western Blot, cytotoxicity assays, and gene expression analysis (PCR/qPCR/dPCR)  Documenting your work thoroughly and accurately  Troubleshooting protocols and helping optimize lab procedures  Collaborating with the broader research team on ongoing studies    What We're Looking For    2+ years of hands-on cell culture experience (CRO, industry, or academic lab all count)  Comfort with techniques like ELISA, Western Blot, PCR, or cytotoxicity assays  Experience in a regulated lab environment (GMP/GLP) is a plus, not a must  Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field  Strong attention to detail and documentation habits  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team    Nice to Have    Master's or PhD with 1-2 years of industry experience  Publications (if coming from an academic background)  Exposure to tissue engineering or nonclinical research    Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
