Position SummaryThis position will facilitate the research climate at UNMC by assisting faculty and administrators in proposal submission and award processing and management. Specifically, this position will: (1) provide leadership in the administration and coordination of the pre-award and non-financial post award management of sponsored projects supported by federal, state, private, industry and other sponsors, (2) lead and manage the research development initiatives of SPA , (3) direct the daily work flow in the SPA office related to the submission of sponsored projects, (4) fulfill the duties of the director in the director’s absence.
