A manufacturer of well-known analytical technology is hiring a VP of R&D to join its executive team and lead NPI and innovation for complex analytical tools.

• Define and execute a customer-driven R&D strategy
• Act as a true enterprise leader, contributing to company-wide strategy and growth
• Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing
• Build and scale a high-performing R&D organization
• Nurture effective and efficient leaders
• Represent the company with customers and industry partners

• Senior R&D / technology leader from the analytical instrumentation industry
• Proven track record building teams, developing talent, and leading change
• Strategic and commercial mindset
• Collaborative leadership style; comfortable working across the full business
• Technical background preferred (PhD is a plus!)
