Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm;
Occasional evenings, weekends, nights or holidays as needed to meet study protocol requirements. Occasional travel.

Job Summary

The Department of Neurology KNI Clinical Research Unit is seeking to fill a Clinical Research Coordinator III position to work with our clinical trials team.

This position will maintain select research projects and grants within the unit. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities include working with research participants, collecting data, maintaining clinical research study records, working closely with study physicians and research study sponsors. Regulatory documentation responsibilities include preparation of annual reports for Federal and Private funding entities and internal regulatory personnel.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Advanced leadership skills and empathy. Extensive knowledge and experience with the implementation of study-related activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High-level organizational skills. Able to problem-solve independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of research experience. Clinical research certification ( CCRC , CCRA , CCRP , etc.) preferred.
