We operate a restaurant, café, coffee shop, multiple retail spaces, bus tours and a variety of guest rooms throughout the National Park. $9.30/hour + Opportunity to earn GREAT tips!

• Provide outstanding and courteous service to all guests
• Take orders using Point-of-Sales (Cake) software, deliver food and drinks
• Knowledge of restaurant menu and bar drink menu
• Accurately and efficiently prepare drink orders for bar and restaurant
• Process credit cards and cash payments
• Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures
• Bbus tables or assist busser/runner
• Set tables, polishglasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast‑paced environment, in close proximity to other people

• Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment preferred
