Taco Bell - Up to $18.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Executes the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensures responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensures all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a neat appearance in uniform.;
Ensures food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolves customer complaints quickly.;
Develops People: provides regular feedback and participates in training; handles conflicts.;
Assists in Profit and Loss management by following cash control, maintaining inventory and labor; ensuring health and safety standards.
