Taco Bell - - - Responsibilities:
Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the Restaurant General Manager.;
Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed.;
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and maintain food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.;
Develop team members by providing regular feedback to the RGM on performance.;
Assist in profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures, and manage inventory and labor.
