Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.;
Lead departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) and manage systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals and delegate tasks.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed well.;
Ensure kitchen operations deliver high-quality, safe, and fast food and that food costs are controlled; train kitchen staff in production procedures.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate crew.
