Lead shifts every week, providing leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.;
Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, and ensure the team is meeting McDonalds standards.;
Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.;
May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.;
