Run the line during brunch rush — grill, saute, and plate food that goes out fast and looks right. Halal kitchen, scratch prep, real cooking. If you like the heat of a full ticket rail, this is your spot.
Pull shots, dial in the grinder, and send out drinks you'd actually order yourself. You're the first face regulars see, so warmth matters as much as speed. Busy mornings, real teamwork, no two shifts the same.
- Open or close the bar
- Steam milk and pour
- Keep the line moving at rush
- Restock and keep the station clean
