• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, take reservations, and manage the reservation system toensure smooth flow of service
• Assist with takeout orders and coordinate with teammates for accuracy
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff about guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entry areas
• Complete opening and closing sidework and assist with tasks assigned by management
