Avalon PS HM, LLC in Palm Springs is seeking a Cook 1 to join our luxury hotel kitchen team. You will prepare and cook meals to our standards, lead line cooks when needed, and ensure food safety, presentation, and timely service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a high-volume kitchen or luxury hospitality, strong culinary skills, and the ability to follow recipes and adapt to busy shifts, including weekends and holidays.
