Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Pastry Chef for Stonewall Resort, a high-volume lakeside property. You will lead pastry production, design desserts, and mentor a team to deliver inspired menus for Banquet and Restaurant outlets.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational and culinary skills, a culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
