Overview
At Jaffa, our Team Members are the heart of the guest experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, welcoming environment, preparing fresh Mediterranean dishes, serving guests with warmth, and keeping our restaurant clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare and assemble menu items to Jaffa’s quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts
- Operate POS system for orders and payments
- Assist with opening, mid‑shift, and closing duties
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures
