* What You’ll Do:

*** Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks, following recipes and guest preferences.
* Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to individual guest tastes.
* Ensure every drink meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Greet and engage guests with a warm, welcoming attitude, delivering personalized service.
* Take drink orders from guests and servers, answering questions about menu options.
* Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
* Set up the bar at the start of each shift, ensuring all equipment, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, surfaces, and waste disposal.
* Monitor and report inventory levels for beverages, garnishes, and supplies to prevent shortages.
* Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification.
