Depending on your position and training, you'll: + Greet customers and provide friendly, fast service + Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals + Prepare McDonald's World Famous food + Work alongside Crew Members and Managers to achieve daily goals + Keep work areas, equipment, lobby, and restaurant clean and organized + Follow food safety and quality standards + Learn multiple positions throughout the restaurant + Have fun while being part of a team!

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Team Member. Experience isn't required - we'll teach you!
