Location: Northern
Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a Cook II to uphold the chefs' standards in food preparation and presentation, including tasting and sanitation. You will assist the Sous Chef and other cooks, be flexible across all kitchen areas, and ensure quality and portion control while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
The role emphasizes guest relations, proper labeling and storage, inventory control, and adherence to health codes.
