• Lead daily restaurant, retail, and specialty operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop managers and team members across multiple departments.
• Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with guests and create memorable experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Partner with culinary, retail, and events teams to execute at the highest level.
• Oversee operational performance, staffing, and financial results to support business goals.
• Maintain excellence in quality, service, safety, and brand standards throughout the operation.

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and hospitality best practices.
• Experience managing financial performance, labor costs, and operational profitability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred.
