Casa Tua, an upscale Italian restaurant in Manhattan's Upper East Side, is seeking a seasoned sommelier to elevate our wine program. As a key member of the Beverage Team, you will actively present thoughtful wine recommendations, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a warm, hospitable dining experience.
You will oversee daily wine service, manage inventory, train staff, and collaborate with the culinary team on wine pairings.
